Founded in 1998 by Mr. Joseph Miafouna, CBS Transit has established itself as a recognized player in transit, customs clearance, and documentation engineering in the Republic of Congo and within the CEMAC zone. With over two decades of expertise, the company leverages in-depth knowledge of customs regulations and the logistical challenges of the sub-region.
A former professor of transit and customs, Mr. Miafouna founded CBS Transit with the ambition of further professionalizing the sector and offering rigorous, structured support that meets the highest administrative requirements. This founding vision has allowed the company to build a solid reputation based on technical expertise, transparency, and quality of service.
Over the years, CBS Transit has collaborated with leading institutions, including BEAC, ASECNA and ONPT, thus reinforcing its position as a reliable partner for local and international organizations.
In 2017, the company obtained CEMAC sub-regional approval as a customs broker (No. 33 in the professional register), officially recognizing its operational compliance, regulatory competence and commitment to quality.
